We’re excited to introduce a unique class taking place at The Pilates Lab: TRE®️ (Tension Releasing Exercises) with certified provider Courtney Baxter. This session is designed to help you release deep-seated tension, stress and anxiety naturally, just as nature intended.
What is TRE®️?
TRE®️ activates your body’s natural reflexes to release stress stored in the body. This simple yet powerful practice focuses on key areas like the psoas muscle and fascia lines, where tension is often held. By learning these exercises, you can experience a sense of deep relaxation, calm, and relief from pain and stress.
