Whether you’re just starting your Pilates journey or looking for a supportive, slower-paced class, Establish is here to guide you every step of the way.

 

Expect personalised instruction, a focus on form, and a welcoming space to grow stronger and more confident on the Reformer. Our skilled teachers will guide you through the class with a contemporary twist - presenting classes on our TV screens.

Essentials

Experience a full-body workout and build your confidence on the reformer with our Essential Reformer classes. Designed to be suitable for all levels, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you'll receive a challenging and effective workout.

 

Our skilled instructors will guide you through the classical repertoire with a contemporary twist - presenting classes on our TV screens. We are here to provide the hands on support you need to help achieve your goals. Join us now and start your journey to a stronger, leaner, and more flexible and focused you.

Elevate

We recommend you complete 6-8 Essential classes before coming to Elevate.

 

Take your Pilates practice to the next level with our Elevate Reformer classes. Designed to build on the Essential classes, these offer extra challenges for those who want to push themselves further.

 

With a focus on core work and extra pulses, our experienced teachers with guide you through additional variations of moves.
